CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

At Mthetics, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To maintain efficient operations and provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

1. Appointment Cancellation:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of our services.

 

2. Late Cancellations or No-shows:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee.

 

3. Cancellation Fee:

For late cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and any preparations made for your appointment.

 

4. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability. However, rescheduling within the 24-hour window may still incur the cancellation fee.

 

5. Contact and Notification:

Please notify us of any cancellations or appointment changes by contacting our clinic directly via phone or email. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.

6. Late Shows:

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the treatment time.
