Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Mthetics. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. - Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100 applied automatically. - In the event of a no-show or failure to provide notice of cancellation, the full service fee will be charged. - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the treatment time. We value your time as well as ours, and our policy ensures fairness to both parties. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.
